I need advice on eating!?
what you need is to eat every property healthy and maybe 1 junk food for 2 weeks because when you get older and you eat bad food you will be fat but if you eat healthy food you will be skinny but not that skinny but skinny

I weight 218 pounds and I’m a touch overweight. I’m 19 years gray and I’m planning to lose weight. I just rode my bike all for 16 miles today and I just did 3 sets of dumbbell fly of 15 reps. I do cadio every day ( except for weekends) and I just wanted to know is a 1500 calorie fare good for ME?
Eat less, PE more. Five pounds a month is VERY doable, find a plan you can stick therewith burns more calories than you consume. Which plan works for you is something only you can figure out. I wish you luck.
